The HOA Board in a special session approved the Rosewood room remodel to allow access to the bathrooms. Here is the
plan. This would remove the hallway on the west side of the room (adding some square footage to this side of the room). and build a new hallway from the existing fire door on the southeast side of the room to the restrooms.

The project involves extending the room into the existing hallway on the west side and constructing a new hallway from the fire door on the southeast side to the Restrooms.
Carey (new acting HOA manager), Mike Beaver and Ashley (Activities) met and they cleared the room reservation calendar so the project could begin in February. Coert got a
third contractor and the group reviewed estimates and vetted all the
contractors on Jan. 29.
They chose one who has done work in SVE before, estimate was under $25,000 (which was approved in the BOD budget last fall) and could complete the bathroom project by Feb. 27th.
Construction is scheduled to begin on Feb. 16 and be completed by Feb. 27th
