2. Name of committee: Fiscal Planning Committee
3. Mission statement: Develop, execute and support fiscal guidance and planning for SVE Pickleball Club.
4. Fund Raising: This committee is not a fund-raising committee.
5. Disbursement Philosophy:
We support that a majority of non-dues funds (fundraising) be allocated to long-term infrastructure improvements.
We support dues revenue being used for club operations, social activities and club improvements/purchases.

After reporting the fiscal planning committee’s report a motion to charge members $20 for the dinner and
subsidize the rest of the cost for the end-of-the year party for members and non-members to pay full price by
Bill Crago. Ken Reynolds 2 nd . Discussion followed and motion withdrawn. Steve Nelson made motion to modify
charge $20 for members and non-member spouses and subsidize the rest of the cost. Jeff Schuh seconded and
motion carried. Kevin Judice clarified that this party is a pickleball club event, not for all SVE.
