Vice President Responsibilities
• Assist the Club president and other officers as needed to conduct Club business.
• Perform the duties of the Club president in absence of the president.
• Reserve rooms with the HOA for ALL events listed below beginning January 2nd each year. The HOA requires a single contact for Club room reservations.
1. Monthly meetings
2. Chalk talks
3. Fundraising events – verified with Fundraising Committee
4. Social events – verified with Social Committee
• Post list of Club Year events on Club bulletin board and send out as a snippet.
• Overseeing all Club standing committees to assure they are adequately staffed and assist with recruiting committee members as needed.
• Act as Club board liaison to the Member Education Committee to assure member needs are met. Inform Club officers of committee and member concerns.
• Schedule, book speakers and advertise Chalk Talks.
• Act as Club board liaison to the Court Scheduling Committee to assure member needs are met and scheduling discussions are held with the HOA manager. Inform Club officers of committee and member concerns.
• Responsible for letting Club equipment dealer know when pickleballs need to be ordered for club use and keeping courts stocked with balls.
• Other duties as needed to assist the Executive Board and Club members.
