President Responsibilities
The president is elected for a two (2) year term, elected in even numbered years. The president will serve on the executive board for one (1) year following his/her term in office.
• Preside at all Club board and general member meetings
• Conduct meetings in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order
• Announce if quorum is present at all board and member meetings
• Enforce the provisions of the Club bylaws
• Decide all questions of order
• Sign all official documents for the Club
• Serve as the official spokesperson of the Club
• Prepare an agenda for each board and member meeting
• Perform other duties customarily pertaining to the office of the president.
